If you have made a payment but no services were delivered, and you notify us within 7 days of payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

b. Project Cancellation (Before Work Starts)

If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative or transaction fees.

c. Delayed Delivery

If we fail to deliver the project within the mutually agreed timeline and fail to communicate a valid reason or extension, partial or full refunds may be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You approved the initial project scope, and work has started.
  • You fail to provide the required information or feedback, causing delays.
  • A portion of the service has already been delivered or used.
  • Change of mind or switching to another provider after service initiation.
  • Custom software solutions once deployment has started or licensing has been issued.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted depending on the level of work completed and expenses incurred.
